Impartiality Policy & Public Statement

Mahadev Works is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all certification and service-related processes. Every member of the organization understands the importance of impartiality and ensures equal treatment for all individuals throughout the certification journey.

To uphold and demonstrate this commitment, we follow these principles:

  • Our Ethics Committee ensures fair and unbiased treatment for all candidates—whether they are applicants, under assessment, or already certified.
  • The certification process is designed and monitored to maintain complete fairness and consistency for everyone.
  • Certification is never influenced by financial considerations or restricted by factors such as membership in any specific group.
  • Before issuing any certification, an independent and qualified authority reviews the process to ensure it meets all fairness and compliance requirements.
  • Mahadevji Works does not provide internal audit services to any organization or individual, maintaining complete neutrality.
  • The Ethics Committee actively monitors potential risks to impartiality, including ownership structures, management practices, or any external influence.
  • The organization does not offer system management consultancy services, avoiding any conflict of interest.
  • Mahadevji Works follows a strict no-commission and no-target policy for clients, marketing agencies, or consultants, ensuring decisions are made purely on merit and compliance.

Through these measures, Mahadev Works ensures integrity, impartiality, and trust remain at the core of all its operations.

All existing relationships with companies, organizations, and individuals at Mahadev Works are regularly reviewed to identify and manage any potential risks that could impact the fairness of the certification process. This responsibility is overseen by the Committee for Impartiality.

Employees are required to maintain records of their current and past associations with organizations. In case of any potential conflict of interest, they must formally disclose it. Based on this information, Mahadev Works ensures that individuals with possible conflicts are not involved in related certification activities unless impartiality can be clearly established. The Committee for Impartiality is responsible for evaluating and managing such risks.

To ensure continued fairness, all personnel involved in certification activities are reviewed annually for their adherence to impartial practices. Assessors and certification staff are strictly protected from any form of pressure or influence that could affect their judgment or outcomes.

Mahadev Works retains full authority over all certification decisions, ensuring they are made independently and objectively. Additionally, any assessor who has provided training to an organization or candidate is not permitted to participate in their certification process for a minimum period of six months.

To prevent familiarity risks, assessors are periodically rotated across assignments. Furthermore, Mahadev Works and its employees follow a strict policy of not accepting gifts, incentives, or monetary benefits from clients or training organizations, thereby maintaining complete integrity and avoiding conflicts of interest.
